Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are offered within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or exchange:
    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Replacement: Items found to be defective or damaged upon receipt may be eligible for replacement based on an exchange request.

3. Exempted Categories

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories of products/items are exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

4. Return/Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned/exchanged product, we will notify you via email of the receipt.
  • Approval: If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange request will be processed according to our policies.
