Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for canceling or seeking a refund for products or services purchased through our Platform.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Timeframe: Cancellations will be considered if requested within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Exceptions:
    • Cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been communicated to the sellers or merchants listed on the Platform and they have initiated the shipping process or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.
    • Cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers or eatables, will not be accepted. However, refunds or replacements may be offered if the user can prove that the delivered product's quality is substandard.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt.
  • Process: The seller or merchant listed on the Platform will inspect and verify the claim. If confirmed, the request will be processed.

4. Product Not as Expected

  • Reporting: If the product you received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, notify our customer service team within 5 days of receipt.
  • Resolution: The customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

5. Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by Craftx Inc., it will be processed within 15 days.
